-The Hope 1312 Collective Team
To our faithful event guests, donors, and sponsors:
The success of our event relies heavily on the generosity of local businesses and individuals. We, as a collective, have a responsibility to engage in the child welfare system and create lasting change in the lives of at risk children in our community. There is Hope for children in hard places, but we have to work together.
Thank you for partnering with us this year and supporting our mission to provide Hope to our community's most vulnerable children!
To be a tree or wreath sponsor, please fill out this google form by November 12th.
Details for event Christmas tree sponsors only: Sponsors choose to decorate a tree or wreath to be auctioned as a fundraiser for Hope 1312 Collective. Sponsors provide the theme, decorations, and tree skirt. Decorating will take place between:
- Wednesday, December 1, 2021 @ 3-7PM
- Thursday, December 2, 2021 @ 10AM-3PM
Have fun with the theme and consider items that are not typical Christmas decor too! Examples would be: "Family Movie Night" with movie themed ornaments, popcorn and movie tickets; "Candy Land" with candy ornaments, bright colors and edible candies and a board game under the tree, "The UGA Tree" with game tickets, the options are endless!
Note: Each tree sponsor will receive two complimentary event tickets and each wreath sponsor will receive one complimentary event ticket.
To be an event donor, please fill out this google form by November 12th. Check out the donorship levels above for more information. Donations can be made online or by mail.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
COVID Considerations: Due to the ever-changing nature of the pandemic, we will adapt the Festival of Trees in December to meet current precautions and recommendations at that time. We do not plan to cancel the event and will modify the evening to an online event in order to safely raise funds and awareness for Glynn County's most vulnerable children.
